Photography
has come a long way in the last hundred years, and camera equipment
continues to evolve at a dizzy pace. Today there are millions of
photographs in exhibits, websites, archives and private collections
on every imaginable theme possible.
Yet
every day, thousands more photographs are taken - maybe even hundreds
of thousands - by amateurs, professionals and hobbyists, capturing
forever a magic image of a unique moment in time on film or in digital
format.
While
anyone can take a picture, it requires special skill, a great eye
and often the help of lights or sunshine and willing subjects to
